I've seen that spelling of Hell's Belles before, so I'd say it was more a case of the image being irrelevant than an actual typo.
It probably would have cost extra to get a tattooed image of a hellishly attractive woman, an attractive woman in hell, or a hellish bell that was also shaped like an attractive woman.
It's definitely an apostrophe catastrophe, though.
