Traditional English Apostrophe Catastrophes

This cafe in Liverpool, home of the Beatles, has croissant's and coffee's, so why doesn't it have pastry's?

    See, they're selling pastries made by croissants (seem to be very special croissants, I hope they don't eat them) and reservations made by coffe, which doesn't sound very fair towards the coffee.

    Despite their punctuation problem, their online menu looks very appetizing. I'll never be in Liverpool, but if I was, this is where I would eat.
